1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using any SCRIPTYLABS service, you agree to these terms. If you act on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're authorized to accept for it.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Payments and renewals
Plans are billed in advance and renew automatically at the then-current rate unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees and taxes.
4. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, create security or legal risk, or have overdue balances. You can close your account anytime from your dashboard.
5. Limitation of liability & governing law
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
